Dutch undercover highway police chases "idiot" in a stolen Ford Ka with their Mercedes C-Klasse

An idiot in a stolen Ford Ka crosses a dubble line crossing onto the motorway with his signal lights off creating attention to himself . The police starts follwoing the car, who overtakes other cars on the left. The police turns on their sirens and the driver fakes a stop and then takes off, the idiot then parks his car in central Amsterdam and awaits the police, what an idiot, why did he take of in the first place?
